You don't need to finish the course in one sitting. Every video you watch, module you complete, test attempt you make and practical recording you submit is saved to your enrolment as you go. If you close the tab, lose your connection or switch off your phone, nothing is lost — the course simply waits for you.

The link still works and doesn't expire between sessions. It opens your course at your current progress.
Continue from the first incomplete step
Completed steps are still green; the course opens with the next thing you need to do — the next module, the test, the practical or your certificate.
Your progress belongs to your enrolment, not to a device. The same access link opens your course on any phone, tablet or computer, exactly where you left off. You can start a module on your laptop at work and finish it on your phone at home.
An interrupted test attempt simply resumes — the questions you answered are kept and you continue from where you stopped. An unfinished practical recording was never submitted, so nothing counts against you; just record again. Everything you already completed stays complete.
If your access link isn't working at all, contact us with the email address used at enrolment and we'll restore your access. Your completed modules, test results and any practical submission are all kept on file.
