Certify your whole team from one company account: buy course places in bulk, assign them to employees by email, track everyone's progress and results, and download your invoices — all in one place.
Open the Corporate page
Go to the Corporate section of the site and choose to create an account.
Enter your company details
Company name, contact person, email address and billing details. You can edit these later in your account settings.
Sign in to your dashboard
Your account is your company's control centre for places, employees, results and invoices.
Choose the course option
Pick Manual Handling Theory Only (€30) or Manual Handling Theory + Practical Assessment (€40) per employee.
Choose the number of places
Buy one place or many in a single order — one place per employee you want to certify.
Pay once by card
One payment covers all places. Your invoice is generated immediately and can be downloaded from your account whenever you need it.
Open your team dashboard
Your purchased places are listed and ready to assign.
Enter the employee's name and email
Each assigned employee gets their own personal invite link to complete the course — their results stay linked to your company account.
Send the invite
The employee receives their invitation by email; you can also copy the invite link and send it to them yourself through your usual channel.
Each employee follows the same simple journey as an individual student: they fill in their own details, watch the modules in their preferred language, pass the theory test, and complete the practical assessment if it's included in your option. Each employee receives their own certificate with a unique number and QR code, valid for three years.
Your account keeps a full history of every order, with a downloadable PDF invoice for each. If your company name, address or billing details change, update them in your account settings and future invoices will use the new details.
Certificates are valid for three years. Your dashboard highlights upcoming expiries, so you can buy new places and reassign them to the same employees before their certificates lapse — keeping your training records continuously up to date.
